Are you being yourself? We need to recognize and accept
the world and the people around us for what they are and not what we think they should be or how we can change them to thinking as we do. Now this can be very tough but sometimes we can make a difference, especially when we see injustice.
What I am saying is try to not beat your head against a wall trying to change someone to your way of thinking, just accept them for who they are.
To be happy you need to be satisfied with yourself: you need to know how to meet your needs.
Sure you are around other people wanting to satisfy their needs and this is healthy but just don't hurt yourself and stunt your own growth trying to satisfy other people's needs.
Now you need to be responsible for your own actions, I feel that of all the qualities in having good mental health this may be the most important as it takes a certain maturity to know and be able to express your feelings and then take the responsibility for your feelings and also your actions.
Doing this can make you a more mature and also stronger person.
Try to be a free person: listen to your own feelings"

I used to think that if i did or said things to make everyone else happy,there be no commotion in my life.I was wrong,by doing this,i was creating a huge commotion in my own life and became very miserable and sick over it.Now,im myself,i know i cant change peoples opinions that are wrong,but i dont stress myself out anymore banging my head against the wall.
Just being myself and doing my own thing my way,using common sense,the doors have opened in a new direction,and im meeting a whole new group of people that is just wonderful and the old group of people is slowly drifting away from my life.The more they drift away,the stronger and healthier i become
My opinion now is,they did it to themselves no compromising on there part,they lost a person who can be good for them ,this is not my loss this is my gain and im a more happier healthier more productive person and i see more wonderful things for me in the future
My guess is,i should have deleted these negative thinkers along time ago instead of making my self sick
im seeing real positve outlooks and im looking forward to the future
